Walking Tour

The entire village of Arrow Rock is a National Historic Landmark. We urge you to walk or drive through the village and experience the many historical attractions. The Black History Museum – Brown Lodge, Dr. John Sappington Museum, Shelby Log Cabin, the Old Courthouse and the Print Shop Museum located on the first floor of the I.O.O.F. Lodge Hall are open daily for self-guided touring. Tram tours are available to select sites. Contact The Friends of Arrow Rock Office – 660.837.3231

Driving Tour

The drive through Missouri’s fertile river valley is one of the highlights of your Arrow Rock visit. You simply can’t get there without enjoying what Lewis and Clark described as “beautiful countrey… interspersed with Prairies & timber alternately.” Informative markers along the route will take you back in time.
