The 11th installment of Voices of Arrow Rock Series – “Waiting for Celeste” 

In the summer of 1972, Page Williams played the saloon girl in the musical film, Tom Sawyer while also performing in the repertory season at the Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre. She, along with other cast members, were excited when Broadway and film star Celeste Holm, who played Aunt Polly, in the film promised to attend one of their productions. Waiting for Celeste is a comical memoir of one of Arrow Rock’s most memorable summers written by Brad Bellamy, a 1972 company member.
